Profile of Mr. Yan Xianming Bob
Mr. Yan is dually qualified as solicitor of HKSAR and an attorney-at-law of PRC. Before joining Fongs, Mr. Yan has the experience of working in a PRC law firm, international law firm and Hong Kong local law firm. Mr. Yan’s practice area focuses on cross-boarder legal matters, including litigation and arbitration, merger and acquisition, corporate matters, probate, cross-boarder loan, immigration and visa, etc. Mr. Yan is also a part-time lecturer of HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College.
