Ms. Elaine Y. L. Ho has more than 25 years’ Hong Kong practising experience. She is also a solicitor of England & Wales (non-practising). She has been appointed as The China-Appointed Attesting Officer by The Ministry of Justice, PRC since 2003.

Ms. Ho has concrete experience in cross-boundary investment and financing projects, international corporate acquisitions, banking law, company law, cross-boundary inheritance, and protection of shareholders right. Her clients include major banks in Hong Kong, property developers, listed companies, state-owned enterprises and big corporations in Mainland China.

Ms Ho is one of the very few Hong Kong practicing solicitors who was granted the status of the Licensed Representative by The Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong to provide professional financial services in a financial institution listed in Hong Kong Exchange.
